The schools will open after 15th October

(The first students to be called tenth and twelfth)

Know what else is special:

Along with the preparations to open schools, a safety guideline for schools is also being finalized. According to officials associated with the Ministry of Education, it will be released anytime in the next week.

After getting the Central Government’s approval to open the schools, which was closed due to the risk of corona infection in March, will open after October 15th. The preparations to open the schools have been speeded up. Currently, they will be opened in a phased manner.

First the students of tenth and twelfth will be called to school. Anyway, only a few months remain for their board exams. In such a situation, calling them in schools will help them to complete their practical and remaining courses. Since the beginning of the new session from April this year and coming to the new classes due to Corona crisis, these students have not come to school for a single day so far and are dependent on online teaching-learning.

Meanwhile, students as well as parents are also concerned about the education of these children. These children have been regularly taught by schools online, even after the schools were closed. The schools believed that children could not get better results without sitting in front of classes. At present, a large group of government school organizations of the country like Kendriya Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya have started preparations to open the schools.

By the way, after the arrival of the Unlock-4 guidelines issued by the government earlier, they had planned to call the children to school. But the plan was shelved after most parents disagreed. In which the students of tenth and twelfth were planned to be convened from 21st September.

Special Features:

- Schools are closed since March due to Corona crisis

- Children will be called only on parental permission

- Parents' responsibility to bring children to school

- Children of every class will be called for two to three days in a week

- Masks and sanitizers are compulsory for children

Safety guidelines are also being finalized:

Along with preparations to open schools, a safety guideline for schools is also being finalized. According to officials associated with the Education Ministry, it will be released anytime in the next week. Anyway, the way the schools are preparing to open after October 15, the guidelines have to be released before that. Meanwhile, under the information that has been revealed, only 12 students will be seated in each class.

However, the children will be called to school only after the consent of the family. With this, masks, sanitizers etc. will be necessary for the children coming to school. In addition, it will be the responsibility of the parents to drop and take the children to school. Only two days a week, children will be called. Significantly, the school has been closed since March due to the risk of corona infection, but preparation of exams is equally important. The next session should not be affected, so board examinations will be held on time.

The Ministry of Education, meanwhile, has been preparing for board exams in association with CBSE. According to the plan currently, the CBSE Board Exams for class- X and XII will be held at the same time as every year. CBSE Board Exam will be in the year 2021 in February and March. However, before this, the first pre-board examination will be held in December 2020. If the officials working on the scheme are to be believed then the next academic session should not be affected, for this the examinations will be held on time.
