Top Courses to get jobs:

India Skills Report-2021 (India Skills Report) was released on Thursday, 18 February. According to this report, even 50 percent of Indian graduates are not fit for jobs. It has also been told in this report that which candidates are eligible for the job? Which states and which cities have the most talented youth? Which region will be given the most jobs (Vacancy-2021) this year?

This is the eighth edition of the India Skills Report (ISR). Accordingly, only 45.9 percent of India's graduates are eligible for employment. This figure is the lowest in the last three years. This percentage was 46.21 in the year 2020 and 47.38 in 2019.


Which state's graduate is most talented (State wise employability in India)

According to ISR 2021, the states whose graduates were found to be the most employable are Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Karnataka (Karnataka). At the same time, in the case of cities, those which are at the top are - Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune. This year Mumbai is also out of the list of top 10 cities.

Men Vs Women Job Ratio in India:

The data given in this report shows that women are more eligible for jobs in India. Yet men have more job opportunities than women. About 64% of the professionals in Indian workers are men, while women are only 36%.

Banking and financial sector is the highest in 46% of the women. Women account for 39% of the internet business. At the same time, 79% of the men are in the automotive sector, 75% in the logistics sector and 72% in the core and energy sector.

 

Where will I get the most jobs ?

According to ISR 2021, after a huge decline in hiring in 2020, this year is seeing a double increase in jobs. The target was 15% hiring in the year 2019, which came down to 10% in 2020. So far this year it has been 19%. This year, the maximum jobs are expected to be in banking and financial sector, software and hardware, IT and Internet business.
