Inter-House Hindi Debate Competition

 

‘Chewuati Chawal Le Chali,Bich Me Mil Gai Dal,
 Kehey Kabir Do na Miley, Yek ley Dooji Dal.’

 

An Inter House Hindi Debate Competition was organized in the school on Tuesday, 20^th of May, 2022. The competition was organized in the auditorium of the school.

The students of classes VI to VIII assembled in the auditorium and were seated House-wise in four different rows. The School Principal, Mrs. Nita Jha and the Middle School Coordinator, Mrs. Sonia Jaiswal, Primary In-charge, Mrs. Shalini Hooda was present as the Guest of Honour for the competition. There were three Judges from Hindi and Sanskrit Department to judge the competition.

The Inter House Hindi Debate Competition of First Group was organized by Middle School Captain, Master Sandeep from Class-VIII and two groups were formed respectively.

For the First Group, the topic given for the debating was “BACCHO KE SERVANGIN VIKAS KE LIYE SANYUKAT PARIWAR KA HONA AWASHYAK HAI” or “BACCHO KE SAMPURNA VIKAS KE LIYE SIKSHA KE SATH-SATH KHEL- KOOD KA HONA AWASYAK HAI”.

In this group students from all Houses of classes VI and VII participated and enunciated their thoughts for the topic and against the topic. Each contestant had been allotted 2 minutes time to present their thoughts. The participants of the other Houses asked questions for and against the topic, which had been answered and elaborated very clearly and beautifully by the participants of the competition in the Rebuttal Session.

The Second Group Competition was beautifully organized by Cultural Secretary for Middle Wing, Master Arnav Oswal of class VII.

The debate topic for the second group was or “BHRAMIT HOTI JA RAHI HAI ABHIVYAKTI KI SWATANTRATA” or “GLOBAL WARMING KE LIYE UDYOGIKARAN ZIMMEDAR HAI”.

In this group, two students from each House from class-VIII had participated. All the participants were given three minutes times for the presentation of their speech. All the contestants were very thorough, well and intellectually prepared for the debate and had presented their views and thoughts perfectly in favour and against the motion.

The Inter House Hindi Debate Competition was enjoyed by all and added value by enhancing Family Values among the students. The school Principal, Mrs. Nita Jha appreciated the wonderful participation of the students and congratulated the winners.
