School Report on Children's Day
'Every child is a
different kind of flower, and all together,
make this world a
beautiful garden.'
Children's Day was celebrated in the school on 14th November
2019 (Thursday) with great pomp and show to increase the awareness of children
towards the rights, care and education of children.
The Parents & Ward Show was another eye catcher event,
wherein the parents and their wards came in the similar attire and they relived
their childhood days by dancing on the songs of their choice and singing with
their children. In this show Sophia, Ishita, Lavanya and Hansika and their
parents won the prizes.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the day with the Class Theme Party.
Each class had chosen different states of India as the Theme of the Class Party
and they did justice to it by bringing the state cuisine and adorning
themselves in the local attire of the state. The students enjoyed each minute
of the party by dancing, eating and merry-making.
Talent Hunt Competition gave platform to the students in
which students showcased their talents- dancing, singing, comedy act, magic
show, acting in skits, painting etc.
A Card Making Competition on 'World Kindness Day' was
organized to inculcate the morals and ethics in students. The students designed
beautiful cards.
A Dental Health Check Up was also organized for all the classes. Dr. Reshu Bansal taught the correct ways of oral hygiene.
In all, the day was packed with energy and enthusiasm and teachers
became successful in making this day a memorable one for students.
“There is something
we can’t buy,
One of such thing
is childhood days.
And that you will
realize
only when you grow
old.”
