School Report on Republic Day Celebration
'Ask not
what your country can do for you,
Ask what
you can do for your country.'
Introduction:
26th January is celebrated as Republic Day
in our country every year, on 26th January 1950 the Constitution
of our country was implemented for the first time, this day is celebrated with
joy and gaiety all over India and in the country remembering and paying
tribute to all the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives.
Although our country is a country
of diversities, consisting of many religions, castes, sects,
tribes and tied in the thread of unity, we consider 26th
January as Indian national festival every year, we feel proud when
we say that our Constitution is the longest and written constitution of
the country, whose draft was completed by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar and his
committee members in 2 years 11 months and 18 days, we are proud
when the national anthem of unity in diversity resonates in our ears and
makes us proud. is that tricolour of ours, which always makes us feel Indian.
One
Nation, One Vision, One Identity
“No
Nation is perfect; it needs to be made perfect.”
How is Republic Day celebrated?
Every year the President of
India hoists our national flag tricolor at Rajpath. He is the
chief guest for unfurling the Indian flag. Famous leaders from
other countries are invited as the Guests of Honour on the stage with
him. Then we all stand to salute our national flag and sing our national
anthem, which was written by the great poet Rabindranath Tagore.
Republic Day Celebrations:
After the tricolour is
hoisted by the President and the ceremony is started, in which the three
armies of the country participate in the parade, and display the
valour of the army with full enthusiasm, as well as the tableaux of
different states of the country in the parade. In which the artists
of all the states perform their respective arts to show the beauty and
skill of their states, folk songs, dance and culture
of different states of the country are also exhibited.
Wreaths to the Martyrs:
To show the culture and
tradition of India, the three defence forces of India take part in
the parade. On this occasion we also invite the chief guest from
other country. It is the President of India, Prime Minister and Commander
in Chief of the Indian Armed Forces, Amar Jawan Jyoti, paying
floral tributes to the sacrificed Indian soldiers at India
Gate. A parade with great pomp and show is taken out in front of the
President of India in New Delhi.
Significance of Republic Day:
Republic Day is celebrated all over the
country as a national festival in schools, colleges and offices etc. 26th
January is celebrated as Republic Day every year because, on this
day the Government of India Act (Act) 1935 was removed from our country
and 26th January 1950 was chosen as the day to implement the country's
constitution and this day is Republic Day every year. We are proud that
we are all residents of this republic country, which is also called democracy.
That is, the reins of the government in the country of India are handed over to
the hands of only those who have the right to choose: only the subjects have
the right, the duty of the subjects is to follow the duties given in the
constitution and to protect their rights. Choose a representative who
takes decisions in the interest of the people and makes necessary amendments in
the constitution to make it according to the present time and always gives priority
to the service of the country.
“As We
Match Out
In The
Spirit of Brotherhood and Nationhood,
Let Us
Not Forget to Defend
The Colours
of Our Flag with All We Have.”
