Subject: Request to Organize a Blood Donation Camp

Sir/Madam

 

I am writing to your kind self that Aravali Public School, New Delhi is organizing a Blood Donation Camp on 6^th April 2024. Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality: these seven fundamental principles of Red Cross are followed by our school too. The residents of our area really wish to donate blood to our organization, which is always helping people who need blood. It is a charity that nurtures the tradition of helping others in society. We cordially invite you to collaborate in this noble cause.

The details are as follows:

Date & Day: 6^th April 2024, Saturday

Venue: Aravali Public School, New Delhi

Timings: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

 

There is no doubt that no religion is higher than humanity. In the wake of humanity service, the school has planned to arrange the Blood Donation Camp. We have tried to encourage maximum participation by awarding special appreciation certificates to the donors. We request you to award these certificates to the donors during the camp.
